Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments
for either Skincare Treatments and Services,
and also for all Consultation Appointments.

If you find you need to Reschedule, or Cancel an Appointment,
we require a "24-hour notice," either by phoning us and leaving
a message on our voice-mail at 503-635-1202 or by sending us
an email using our "Contact Us" page-form to avoid a Full-Payment
Missed Appointment Fee if your Appointment is for a Skincare
Treatment or other Skincare Services.  We will do our best to
accommodate your needs should an emergency arise.

"Complimentary Consultation Appointments"
Consultation Appointments for Skincare Products, Skincare
Treatments, Weddings, Cosmetics... we also require a "24 hour"
Cancellation or Reschedule notice, as a courtesy to the next client
 on our waiting list, and allowing us enough time to notify them
of an opening, also to continue to be able to offer "Complimentary"
Consultations without adding a fee.  Consultation Appointments are
limited in availability of times and days, due to standing established
client skincare treatment appointments, and filled in-advance quickly.

Thank you for your assistance, as your courtesy in giving us a
"24 hour advanced notice" of any appointment changes you may need
to make, ensures you will not be charged for a missed appointment
fee, and assists us to keep appointment availability of times and days
organized and running smoothly and to be able to notify clients
who are waiting for appointment times to become available.
